2.       360 Mortgage is also happy to announce that beginning June 1^st, all appraisal management services will be performed in house.  360 will no longer use third parties, such as MDA Lending Solutions, for standard appraisal fulfillment.  We have an in-house appraisal coordination department which will process all requests and place orders directly with our approved appraisers list.  Appraisal orders are requested online on the new web site and do require that the loan is registered with 360 first.  Our goal is to provide top notch appraisal support while paying appraisers the fees they deserve.  All appraisal orders include a complementary AVM e-mailed to the broker!  The appraisal fee sheet will be available in the coming week via a link on the website.  If you have any questions please call us at (866) 418-2997 and ask to speak with an appraisal coordinator.
